TRIP ITINERARY

Arrive in San Juan and Check in

Morning:

• Arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. After clearing customs, a private transfer will take you to your luxurious resort located in the heart of San Juan.

• The resort combines modern elegance with the charm of Puerto Rican hospitality. Surrounded by palm trees and directly accessible to Isla Verde Beach, this hotel is the perfect base for your adventure. Take time to settle into your room, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and relax after your journey.

Afternoon:

• Stroll through the resort's pristine beachfront or relax by the pool before getting ready for dinner.

Evening:

• Meet your fellow travelers for a special welcome dinner. The evening will feature a menu of authentic Puerto Rican dishes prepared by a renowned chef. Savor local favorites as you enjoy the first evening of your trip.

• After dinner, you may enjoy taking a short walk along the hotel’s beachfront to enjoy the sounds of the ocean under the moonlit sky.

Day Trip to Vieques – Bioluminescent Bay & Beaches

Morning:

• Start your day with breakfast at the resort before departing for the ferry at Ceiba. From here, you'll take the ferry to the serene island of Vieques.

• Upon arrival, you'll head to one of Vieques' most beautiful beaches. Depending on the weather and scheduling, we may visit Caracas Beach (Red Beach), Sun Bay Beach, or the famous Playa Negra (Black Sand Beach). Relax, swim, and take in the incredible beauty of the island’s pristine shores.

Afternoon:

• Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where you can choose from a variety of fresh seafood, Puerto Rican classics, and tropical fruit. The relaxed island vibe makes it a perfect spot to recharge before your evening adventure.

Evening:

• As the sun sets, get ready for one of the most magical experiences in Puerto Rico. You will be taken to Mosquito Bay, one of the brightest bioluminescent bays in the world. Paddle out in kayaks as the water around you starts to glow with every stroke, caused by microscopic organisms called dinoflagellates. The glowing water creates an otherworldly effect, lighting up your surroundings as if by magic. This rare natural phenomenon is truly one of the world’s most incredible sights and will surely be a highlight of your trip.

• After this stunning experience, you’ll take the ferry back to Ceiba and return to your resort in San Juan.

Free Day in San Juan

Morning & Afternoon:

• Today is yours to explore the vibrant culture, history, and atmosphere of San Juan at your own pace. You may choose to visit museums, explore local art galleries, or go shopping in Old San Juan's charming streets. For those looking for relaxation, the resort offers a beautiful pool and beach access.

• Alternatively, you can venture into the local neighborhood of Santurce to see some of the city’s most striking street art or shop for unique crafts and souvenirs at the local markets.

Evening:

• In the evening, enjoy the sunset over San Juan Bay or explore the city's nightlife scene at La Placita, a lively social hub full of music, dancing, and delicious food.

Culebra Island – Snorkeling & Flamenco Beach

Morning:

• After breakfast, you'll depart again for Ceiba to catch the ferry to Culebra Island, another gem of Puerto Rico’s coastline. Upon arrival, your guides will take you on a snorkeling tour at one of several beautiful spots, including Luis Peña, Carlos Rosario, or Melones Beach. These locations are known for their crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. Your professional guides will provide all the necessary gear and instructions for an enjoyable and safe snorkeling experience.

Afternoon:

• After an invigorating snorkeling session, it's time for lunch on the island. Refuel with local dishes and then head to Flamenco Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the world. With its powdery white sands and sparkling turquoise waters, Flamenco Beach is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

• If conditions allow, you may instead visit the more secluded Culebrita Beach or Playa Tortuga, which offer equally stunning beach experiences.

Evening:

• Return to San Juan by ferry in the evening, where you may enjoy a relaxing dinner at your leisure while exploring the city's vibrant culinary scene.

Optional Day Trip to El Yunque Rainforest

Morning:

• An optional day trip to El Yunque National Rainforest is available for those interested. El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System and offers breathtaking natural beauty.

• Hike through lush trails, visit waterfalls like La Mina Falls, or take in panoramic views from observation towers. Depending on the schedule, you might also explore the scenic Loíza Coastal Road or the natural water slides of Las Pailas.

Afternoon:

• After your rainforest adventure, head to the famous Luquillo Kiosks for lunch. Sample local cuisine, including fresh seafood, fried plantains, and more Puerto Rican favorites, before returning to San Juan.

Evening:

• Enjoy your last evening in San Juan with the other tour guests at the resort or out on the town if you prefer.
